Ben has just released his first book, Everything Fat Loss.
It reads very much like sitting down for a cup of tea one afternoon with one of the world's best personal trainers calmly telling you story after story, about how the research on various fat loss topics has developed over time.
So instead of having someone's pet diet method rammed down your throat, you're left knowing what options you have for chasing your fat loss goals, leaving you free to choose your own adventure.
